New Info: Adult Party Evite/4th of July Picnic

Hi All,


We are so excited about the interest in our upcoming 4th of July Picnic and Adults Only Swim Party!
If you are planning to attend the Adults Only Swim Party,the organizers have created this Evite to help streamline the payment and RSVP process. Please check it out:  http://evite.me/9kBEkFjAWr  Remember, this event is only for members that are 21 years of age and over. There will be a DJ and “all you can eat” Mexican food available for $15. You will need to RSVP and prepay if you are planning to eat. 

On the 4th, we will have a DJ in addition to our delicious holiday food favorites. The party will begin at 11:00 AM and end at around 3 or 4:00 PM. Food will be served at 1:00 PM. In consideration of all guests, please do not reserve seats or tables by placing your towel out early or the night before the party. Also, if you are bringing guests, please consider bringing extra chairs to accommodate the additional people.

One last reminder…our final home swim meet is tomorrow (6/27) and the pool will close at 4:00 PM to accommodate the event.

Hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer! We have some more fun events coming up at our club! Please plan to join us for a Fabulous 4th of July Picnic! This year, we will have a DJ in addition to our delicious holiday food favorites. The party will begin at 11:00 AM and end at around 3 or 4:00 PM. Food will be served at 1:00 PM. Dive-In Movie Night 6/15 and Junior Tie Dye Event 6/22

Hi All,


The weather looks perfect for tomorrow’s rescheduled Dive In Movie Night. We will enjoy the movie, Coco, beginning “at dark.” (Movie set to start around 8:45-9:00.) You may purchase refreshments including: hot dogs, nachos, pizza, candy, popcorn, and drinks. In addition, Kona Ice with be at the pool selling cool treats from 6:00-8:00 PM. 


The next activity to put on your calendar is our Junior Tie Dye event. We will meet at the pavilion on Saturday, June 22nd, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Please bring an item to dye- shirt, pillowcase, etc, and the club will provide the dye materials. Concessions will be for sale. 

Club Reminders and Updates/Tennis Courts

  • “Dive-in Movie Night” to be held this Saturday, June 8th, 2019. We will enjoy the movie, Coco, beginning “at dark.” (Movie set to start around 8:45-9:00.) You may purchase refreshments including: hot dogs, nachos, pizza, candy, popcorn, and drinks. In addition, Kona Ice with be at the pool selling cool treats from 6:00-8:00 PM. 

***We have hired extra lifeguards for the evening events, but we still need volunteers for concession sales:   Please email Kes Downs if you are able to help out with  this event: [email protected]. 

  • There will be a swim meet tomorrow (Thursday, 6/6) beginning at 4:00 PM. The pool will be closed to general swim for this event. Additional meets will be held at our club on June 20th and June 27th.

CLUB UPDATES:  

  • We are very excited that the tennis courts will be resurfaced this year! Work will begin on August 5th, and two courts will be resurfaced at the same time to minimize tennis play interruption.
  • During the resurfacing, the courts will receive a paint layout that allows for pickleball play. This will bring a fun new game option to our club!
  • We are working on an umbrella refresh! Some club members are helping purchase these for the tables around the pool area. We will let you know more as the plan unfolds. If you are interested in help with this, we would love to hear from you!

Dues Reminder Notice/ Movie Night 6/8

This is a reminder that second half dues are due today. Many of you have already paid, but this message is being sent to all club members as a reminder.  Please see attached dues notice for more information.
Also, please mark your calendars for our “Dive-in Movie Night” to be held Saturday, June 8th, 2019.

Memorial Day Picnic/Round Robin- Tennis

ROSRC Families,

Also, there will be a tennis Round Robin event before the pool party, beginning at 9:00 AM. This will be open to any members 16 and over. End of School Social and Memorial Day Party Invite

Hi All,

We are so very excited that the club is officially open for summer business! It is currently “Swim at Your Own Risk”, but lifeguards will be on duty with the launch of our summer After School Party. (Diving boards will also be up at this time.) Please join us from 6:00-8:00 PM on May 22nd for fun and a delicious ice cream social. We will need a volunteer to help out, so please reply if you are available and interested. (This would count as 2 hours of your 4 hour Work Day credit. Volunteer needed from 5:30-7:30.)

Also, please put our amazing Annual Memorial Day Party on your calendar- Monday, May 27, 2019. Planning is underway, and is certain to be a fantastic time! We need some help with the pig roast, set up, and clean up, and this year we have a sign up for food. Pool opens today…Dues Notice

***Pool opens today, May 1, 2019. It is Swim at Your Own Risk– No lifeguards. We are aware that the pool needs cleaning, and Positively Pools has been contacted to handle this ASAP.

ROSRC DUES NOTICE:

Dear Club Member: In accordance with Article VIII, Section 2, the board of directors set the dues for the current semi-annual billing period as: $275. Payment is due by June 1, 2019. If you have already paid for the whole year—thank you and please disregard this letter.

Second half dues not paid in full by June 15, 2018 are subject to a $25.00 per month penalty and all rights and privileges will be suspended until dues are paid in full. Pool cards will be turned off on June 15 if payment has not been received by then. (NOTE: This is a two week grace period,  June 1st is the actual due date.)
