General Membership Meeting: Our next upcoming general meeting will be hosted on April 16th at 7:00 pm. Each household should plan on sending a representative. Of course, new members are welcome too! We will host a raffle for those in attendance. *Remember, only members in good standing (who have paid the first half of dues) can vote. If you still have not paid your first half dues, please bring a check* ROSRC Dues Reminder: Reminder that March dues were due 3/15/23 and any March dues not paid by 3/30/23 will be assessed the $25 monthly penalty and keys will be suspended. The total for the year is $550. If you did not complete your workday for 2022, please include that in your payment. Tennis and Pickleball Reminders: Current tennis court gate code: 2164Courts 3 and 4 are marked for pickleball and tennis.All court play time MUST be reserved in advance on yourcourts.com!Members must include the number of guests playing when reserving courts and collect $2.00 guest(s) fees per person. Do you have feedback for the Club Board? Share the good happening that should be noted. Share input / suggestions on how to make it more fun. It takes a village to provide activities and upkeep of the grounds, pool area, tennis courts and buildings. Excluding the Lifeguards who are paid, everything else is run by the Members.

Grounds & Maintenance:
ROSRC’s Grounds and Maintenance Chair is seeking 2-4 volunteers to join our committee. Seeking anyone experienced in handywork, electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, carpentry, etc.

ROSRC Update / Pool Closing Early This Thursday
Please note the POOL WILL BE CLOSED this Thursday (June 9th) after 3:45pm for a SWIM TEAM MEET. Only Swim Team Swimmers, Swim Team Family Members & Swim Team Coaches will be allowed into the pool and pool areas.
About 3 weeks ago, one of our Members left a black JBL tubular speaker hanging on the fence by the baby pool. Please, if you found it and kept it safe, can you please reply to this message so we can return it to the rightful owner.
Last week, a pair of earbuds were left by the tennis courts. If the earbuds are yours, please reply to this message and we can confirm if they belong to you.
Please remember that EVERY MEMBER must sign in upon entering the pool area everyday they enter. Please include how many non-member guests are with you as well. Any NON-MEMBER that is not accompanied by a member, will be asked to leave the premises.
Please DO NOT allow any NON-MEMBERS into the tennis courts, bathrooms or pool areas. We will be strictly monitoring access to all of our MEMBERS ONLY AREAS.

ROSRC Memorial Day – Volunteers Needed
Please Volunteer for your WORK DAY CREDIT to assist ROSRC in making Monday, Memorial Day, a great celebration for our members, their families and guests!!!

We are also in need of Work Day Credits for the following:
1. Pressure wash & clean the Pavilion tables & all areas covered by the Pavilion.
2. Anyone who has the ability to spray mosquito spray around the pool and tennis court areas. ROSRC will pay for the liquids needed to be sprayed.
3. Blow the entire parking area, entrance area to the pool (including the ramp & back entrance to the bathrooms), and the Tennis Pavilion area. This can be done after request #4 below is completed.
4. Blow the Pavilion roofing into the wooded area and away from the pool and our Pavilion area.

ROSRC May Update
ROSRC MEMBERS…..
Come celebrate Memorial Day at ROSRC! Free food and drinks from 11:00am -3:00pm. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks provided. We will need volunteers to bring sides and desserts, help set up and help clean up, help serve, and other things. A sign up email will be sent out on Sunday or Monday detailing out what is needed. Also, as a special treat Roastmaster Waring Murray will be roasting a whole pig in his special smoker so we will have some BBQ!

1. TO ALL MEMBERS & THEIR GUESTS:
Please note that ROSRC is NOT a Country Club. It is “owned” by each of our Members and WE ALL share in maintaining the up-keep of our community. Please note the following “housekeeping guidelines”:
– Please DO NOT allow anyone that is NOT a MEMBER into the pool or tennis area. We have recently had incidents of “NON-MEMBERS” accessing the pool area. If you HOLD the GATE for someone, please make sure they are an ACTIVE MEMBER & have a gate key in their possession.
– Please SIGN the Member Logbook EVERYDAY you or your family access the pool area and include the number of guests with you for that day.
– Please clean your table, chairs and immediate area before departing the pool or tennis areas. That includes removing trash and closing all umbrellas.
– Please use the bathrooms PROPERLY!!! We have had many recent incidents of trash, toilet paper, etc. left around the floor & toilet areas. We DO NOT have Maid Service at our facility. Please also DO NOT discard anything other than TOILET PAPER into the TOILET!
– If something is needed in the bathroom areas, please send a text message to: 678-360-4598.
– Please treat our community and grounds with respect so we can all enjoy the great benefits!

Everyone, take a few moments to read the revised ROSRC Tennis Rules & Regulations. As members of this fine club, it is essential that we all follow the rules so that everyone may enjoy the facilities.

Mark your calendars for the Memorial Day Tennis Round Robin Monday, May 30. Check-in at 8:30 am at the Tennis Pavilion, and warmups will begin at 8:45 am. All level players are welcome to join in the fun!

ROSRC Update
HAPPY SPRING to all our Members & their Families! Please be sure to read ALL 5 UPDATES below.
1. GENERAL MEETING :Our General Meeting is being held Sunday, April 24th, starting 7:00pm at the Pavilion by the pool.
2. POOL OPENING DAY :
We are planning to open the pool on May 1st (possibly April 30th which is a Saturday). Times and schedules will be sent out soon.
3. WORK CREDIT ($50) :
Please email me if you are interested in helping ROSRC do some Spring Cleaning in & around the bathrooms, pavilion, kitchen and pool grounds. We will have a few projects to offer to members to complete before we open the pool. Further details will be sent to those who reply with interest in participating.
4. MEMBERSHIP DUES :
In accordance with Article VIII, Section 2, the Board of Directors set the dues for the current semi-annual billing period as: $275. Payment was due by MARCH 1, 2021. Dues not paid in full by March 15, 2021 are subject to a $25.00 per month penalty and all rights and privileges will be suspended until dues are paid in full. The second half dues will be due June 1st, 2021. If you would like to go ahead and pay your full year’s dues at this time, you can instead pay $550.
