Hello to all the members:
This Saturday, April 26 beginning at 8am, is the first work day of the year at ROSRC. We have many small projects and a few bigger projects to tackle. Some of the bigger projects are pressure washing, gutter cleaning and cabinet door repair. Other items include stick removal, trash removal and weed removal. If you happen to have a pressure washer please bring it. We will supply the fuel. I will bring small hand tools, pressure washer and a couple ladders. There will be refreshments and snacks available.
We had an amazing turn out last year and I am looking forward to seeing any and all of you this Saturday morning. Let’s cross our fingers that it does not rain. Meteorologists do get it wrong some times.
If you have any questions or would like to volunteer for a specific project please contact me via cell, text or email. Take care and have a great rest of the week.

We plan on removing the top (cover) from the pool the first weekend of May, the opening weekend of the summer pool season. Therefore, we would like to celebrate poolside. We’ve heard from many of you that we need to have more social events. So, with that said….
Saturday May 3rd, 2014
6:00 pm – setup of your table – get creative on your decorations with a party theme!
7:00 – 10:00 pm – dinner and dancing with a band (TBD)
10:00 – clean up
TOPLESS party to include a Chastain Night type atmosphere. There will be 30 round tables for purchase for an evening of dinner and dancing. The tables will cost $50 and seat at least SIX people (or three couples). This is a fun, adults-only event. Tables and chairs are provided. Each group decorates their table for a prize. BYOB and Food. So, buy a table and gather your friends for a fun evening to celebrate the opening of the pool season! The people that sit at your table do NOT have to be members, in fact, it’s a GREAT way to introduce the pool to your neighbors and friends that may be considering joining a swim and tennis!!
Tables will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. So, please secure your table early!
This is a 21 and older event, NO children.
Remember that there is NO glass allowed at the pool, so your beverages must be in cans, or plastic containers.
Please join us in this first annual extravaganza evening for what will surely become an annual tradition!!
For questions, please call Allison Grier at 404-578-1940 or email to [email protected] .

Due to inclement weather todays Labor Day Party is being cancelled. Currently we are planning to hold the event next Sunday Sept 8th at the same time.
Please join us for our final pool party of the season this Monday September 2nd. ROSRC will supply Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Brats, and Drinks for the party. We look forward to our members bringing the sides which can include chips, vegetables, deserts or your family’s favorite dish. We will plan to eat around 1pm.
Normally we conduct a Tennis Round Robin during the festivities but currently do not have anyone to organize it. If someone would like to step up and take charge it would be much appreciated. Typically it begins around 9am.
Hello everyone! I wanted to remind you all that this Sunday, August 4th is “Sundae Sunday” from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Come and make your own sundae with fun ingredients like candy, sprinkles, syrups and whipped cream! Ice cream and toppings will be provided, but feel free to bring something fun to put on your sundae! This will be our last Youth Activity this year, so come and join in on the fun!
Today, Sunday July 21st, is the Youth Activities “Field Day” from 3-5pm! We are going to have hula hoop and jump rope contests, a water balloon and bean bag toss, and bubble blowing fun for everyone! There will be prizes for the winners! Pizza, hot dogs, chips and drinks will be available at very reasonable prices. Come show us your “mad skills”!
