Back to School Party-8/11 and “Pool of the Week”

Please join us for our annual Back to School Party on Saturday, August 11th from 12:30-2:30. There will be crafts for all ages and tie dye project fun! (Please bring your own item to tie dye.) We will also enjoy a delicious menu of pizza, chips, drinks, and “make your own” ice cream sandwiches. Hope to see you there to celebrate the first week of school!

Also, please take a minute to congratulate our head lifeguard and his staff. Positively Pools selected ROSRC as “Pool of the Week” for performing an excellent job ensuring the safety of our children and maintaining a clean pool. That’s fantastic!

New Pool Hours

Pool hours after school starts, August 6, 2018:

LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY-

MONDAY–FRIDAY:  4 PM – 8 PM

SATURDAY: 11 AM – 11 PM

SUNDAY:   NOON – 9 PM

DURING “NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY,” IT IS SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.  ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE 18, MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT MEMBER OVER 21.

DIVING BOARDS WILL BE CLOSED WEEKDAYS, UNTIL 4 PM, WHEN LIFEGUARDS COME ON DUTY. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

ROSRC: Memorial Day Party and Round Robin Monday, May 28

Please join us for our annual Memorial Day Pig Roast and Tennis Round Robin!

Party Details:

9:00 Tennis Round Robin Begins and Pool Opens (Items left on tables or chairs in an effort to reserve them will be removed when the pool opens)

12:30ish LUNCH is served

Non-alcoholic drinks, hot dogs, BBQ pig  and chips will be provided. Participating members and their guests are required to bring a prepared side dish able to feed 10.

Last names beginning with letters:

A-M: Prepare a side dish

N-Z: Prepare a dessert

School’s Out for Summer Party – Wednesday May 23, 4:00

Come celebrate the last day of school poolside and be on one of the first to enjoy the new diving boards!

The party will be Wednesday, May 23rd at 4:00.  Popsicles will be served to the kids and concessions will be available for purchase.
In the event of rain or thunder the event will be cancelled.  Please contact Laura Jolley if you are interested in helping at this event for your workday credit.

ROSRC: Annual Memorial Day Party is On!

The ROSRC board and social committee would like to invite you and your family to the 2018 Memorial Day Pig Roast and Tennis Round Robin on May 29th (Round Robin begins at 9).  As in years past, families and guests will be asked to bring a side dish to share.  BBQ, hot dogs, and hamburgers, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by the club.  This event will be BYOB.
The club is unable to provide a DJ this year.  If you are interested in serving as DJ as your 4-hour work day credit, please reply to this email.  Other workday opportunities will be sent out via signup genius as the event gets closer.
