CLUB UPDATES:
You may have noticed the new ping pong table under the pavilion…what a fun addition to the club! A grill has also been donated for member use. Thank you to Kes Downs and Kevin Croke for donation and delivery of these items!
I am sure that you have admired our beautiful new umbrellas. The club was able to purchase many of these, and members helped to fund the rest through Work Day Credit contributions. Please be sure to open and close the umbrellas carefully and do not hang items from the undercarriage. We want these new items to last for a long time. We appreciate Christie Burton’s efforts to make this upgrade happen!
Plans are in the works to restore the seating around the tennis courts, and our courts will be resurfaced this year. This work is scheduled to begin on August 5th, and two courts will be resurfaced at the same time to minimize tennis play interruption. During the resurfacing, the courts will receive a paint layout that allows for pickleball play.

Join us on the 4th of July for our annual picnic. This year will will have a DJ! The party will begin at 11:00 AM and end at around 3 or 4:00 PM. Food will be served at 1:00 PM. In consideration of all guests, please do not reserve seats or tables by placing your towel out early or the night before the party. Also, if you are bringing guests, please consider bringing extra chairs to accommodate the additional people. ***All families are expected to contribute a side dish or dessert. The weather looks perfect for tomorrow’s rescheduled Dive In Movie Night. We will enjoy the movie, Coco, beginning “at dark.” (Movie set to start around 8:45-9:00.) You may purchase refreshments including: hot dogs, nachos, pizza, candy, popcorn, and drinks. In addition, Kona Ice with be at the pool selling cool treats from 6:00-8:00 PM.
The next activity to put on your calendar is our Junior Tie Dye event. We will meet at the pavilion on Saturday, June 22nd, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Please bring an item to dye- shirt, pillowcase, etc, and the club will provide the dye materials. Concessions will be for sale.

This is a reminder that second half dues are due today. Many of you have already paid, but this message is being sent to all club members as a reminder. Please see attached dues notice for more information.

Hi All,
We are so very excited that the club is officially open for summer business! It is currently “Swim at Your Own Risk”, but lifeguards will be on duty with the launch of our summer After School Party. (Diving boards will also be up at this time.) Please join us from 6:00-8:00 PM on May 22nd for fun and a delicious ice cream social. We will need a volunteer to help out, so please reply if you are available and interested. (This would count as 2 hours of your 4 hour Work Day credit. Volunteer needed from 5:30-7:30.)
Also, please put our amazing Annual Memorial Day Party on your calendar- Monday, May 27, 2019. Planning is underway, and is certain to be a fantastic time! We need some help with the pig roast, set up, and clean up, and this year we have a sign up for food.
