We apologize for the last-minute cancellation of Saturday’s band handouts due to weather conditions. However, to accommodate everyone, we have extended the pickup times throughout this week and the upcoming weekend. This extension ensures that you have ample opportunity to collect your bands and pre-order guest passes. Additionally, I’ve outlined a few other key events scheduled for the upcoming week.
UPCOMING EVENTS
- Member Wristbands: We will be passing out member and guest pre-sell bands this week
- Thursday – Friday from 2-5 pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm & 2pm-4 pm
- Guest Fees:
$4.00 for a daily band
$3.50 each in packs of 10 $3.00 each in packs of 20 - END OF SCHOOL POPSICLE PARTY: Join us for a sweet celebration marking the end of the school year! On Wednesday, May 22nd at 3:30 PM, we’re hosting a Popsicle Party to commemorate all the hard work and achievements of our students. Come cool off with delicious frozen treats as we bid farewell to another fantastic academic year. See you there!
- Memorial Day: We are excited to kick off summer with our traditional Memorial Day event! Monday, May 27th at 11am – 3pm Please see the Signup Genius for volunteer opportunities and potluck signup. - Memorial Day Tennis Round Robin: Monday, May 27th. Signups will start at 8:30AM, Warm Ups at 8:45 AM and begin playing at 9:00 AM
