Late July already! Don’t worry, pool days will continue!! Here are a few updates and upcoming events…
First…Adult Night THIS Saturday (July 25th)- venmo attached, please register and pay ASAP so a good count is known. RSVP by July 24th, but would love for our planning committee to have the count ASAP for planning purposes. So, go ahead and let them know!

All members must wear their red wristband when within the pool gates.
Guests must wear a paid guest band. Guest bands can be purchased from lifeguards during adult swim. If paying with cash, please bring exact change. If you would like to purchase guest bands in bulk to use throughout the season (10 bands for $35 or 20 bands for $60), please contact Mary Lovelace at [email protected].
In search of new Board Members for the 2026-2027 pool season!
Several board members have completed their term and we will have multiple positions that need to be filled for the upcoming pool season. If you are interested in serving on the board and would like to know more, please email Mary Lovelace at [email protected].

DUES!:
Pool access is only available to members who are current on dues. Both payments are now overdue. Need to make a payment?:
Check: Checks should be made payable to ROSRC for $350.00 if you are paying for half of the year, or $650.00 if you choose to pay the full annual dues up front. Please include “dues” in the memo field of your check. Mail your payment to:
· PayPal: To pay via PayPal, visit the club’s PayPal page and use the provided payment link. Please note that PayPal imposes a service fee. If you are paying half your membership dues through PayPal, you must pay $365. For the full annual dues, the total payment is $678. If you pay the remaining balance using PayPal, the required amount is $315, including the service fee.
Payment Deadlines and Refunds
If you fulfill your workday credits, you will receive a refund of the $50 workday assessment.
*Please note that workday credits are not automatically refunded. If you paid your $50 workday fee and subsequently participated in a workday event (or board approved workday activity), you must request your refund. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected]. If you do not have access to email, you can mail your request to ROSRC Treasurer, 3100 River Dr, Lawrenceville, GA 30044. You are also welcome to drop your request in the mailbox in front of the pool. Requests for a refund must be received by November 30, 2026 to receive your current year refund. You may not request a refund for 2025 or any previous years.
