*  All weekday classes will be held from 8:00am – 8:50am.

** Saturday classes will be held from 8:30am – 9:20am.

Please note the POOL WILL BE CLOSED this Thursday (June 9th) after 3:45pm for a SWIM TEAM MEET.  Only Swim Team Swimmers, Swim Team Family Members & Swim Team Coaches will be allowed into the pool and pool areas.  

About 3 weeks ago, one of our Members left a black JBL tubular speaker hanging on the fence by the baby pool.  Please, if you found it and kept it safe, can you please reply to this message so we can return it to the rightful owner.

Last week, a pair of earbuds were left by the tennis courts.  If the earbuds are yours, please reply to this message and we can confirm if they belong to you. 

Please remember that EVERY MEMBER must sign in upon entering the pool area everyday they enter.  Please include how many non-member guests are with you as well.  Any NON-MEMBER that is not accompanied by a member, will be asked to leave the premises.  

Please DO NOT allow any NON-MEMBERS into the tennis courts, bathrooms or pool areas.  We will be strictly monitoring access to all of our MEMBERS ONLY AREAS.

Good evening ROSRC Members!

With about 10 days remaining of our pool being open, I wanted to follow up on some “housekeeping” items and some reminders!

1.  LAST CALL!!!!    

Please Submit Your Name for Election Time!!!   As a proud ROSRC Board Member, I welcome you to join us in helping keep ROSRC safe & awesome for all our members and their families to enjoy!  If you are interested in running for any openROSRC Board Member positions, and haven’t already responded, please respond to this email with your full name.

2.  ROSRC Pool has removed the diving boards and is now open with “Swim At Your Own Risk”.  An ADULT MUST BE PRESENT with children at the pool whether the children are swimming or not swimming.  The pool will close on October 1^st. 

3.  GATE HOURS until pool closes on September 30th

     7:00am – 8:00pm  (Sun Up  ’til Sun Down)

4.  Work credits are still available!!!  

If for some reason you have not already fulfilled your work credit for 2021, or cannot fulfill during this month, we may have some opportunities this Fall/Winter Season.  As always, you can contribute your $50 towards ROSRC’s beautification.  Please reply to this email if you are interested in a work credit and I will let you know what dates and times are available.  

5.  Tennis Courts will continue to remain OPEN and we do have LEAGUES should you want to join!

ROSRC Labor Day | Potluck Monday, September 6th Lunch Potluck begins @ 12:30 PM

The last large gathering of the pool season is here & we would love to spend the afternoon with each of you! Our last gathering will be a member potluck (bringing back tradition from pre COVID)! Please read below on ways you can sign up to volunteer, and donate.

 
Please remember that each person is a member and as a member it’s the individual’s responsibility to clean up after themselves and families. Without the help of each member, gatherings like these would not be possible! 

Club will provide: (of course we welcome donations – see signup sheet below for details) – Water bottles – A mixture of soda – Grilled hot dogs, hamburgers & toppings (if you’d prefer vegan/vegetarian/plant based options please bring and we will grill for you!)- 20 LBS Pulled pork – Thank you Derek Puckett for volunteering to provide for our members! – Individually wrapped snacks (chips, cookies, etc.) – Music – Thank you DJ Tony! – Popsicles 

Volunteer opportunities: Please view the signup sheet for open volunteer opportunities. We ask that any packaged snacks or sodas are dropped off at 3396 River Drive (Tyler’s house) no later than noon on Saturday, September 4th (we will shop for the remaining items needed in the afternoon).

Fourth of July 2021

We’d like to welcome you to celebrate July 4^th with us! We heard great feedback regarding the food truck and also heard that you’d like more than one next time – well we are pleased to announce we will have two trucks!

It takes a lot to pull off these events and we are opening up a few volunteer slots for the party! You will receive work credit for your help – please look over the signup genius if you are interested.

Style of the day: Picnic BYOF “Bring Your Own Food” or enjoy the food truck – please note that we have made the best estimate on # of guests for the food trucks. Please keep in mind the time we’ve booked the trucks.

Hi ROSRC Families,

It’s almost summer time…but it is definitely pool time! Our club pool will officially open, as planned, on Friday May 22nd. That said, there are a few stipulations that must be in place to provide all members with a safe and pleasant swimming experience. Please review all of the following guidelines and discuss with your family members prior to your first pool visit. 

• Key cards will be activated for those members that have paid their March dues. Activation will occur on opening day, 5/22. If you have not yet paid, you may still put payment in the club mailbox or pay via Paypal.
• Please refrain from coming to the pool if you or a family member have been recently sick.
• Sanitizing spray will be provided by lifeguards, and they will make a cleaning sweep of the pool area every Rest Break. To accommodate this, the break will be extended to 20 minutes, rather than the usual 15 minute time block. It is advised that you spray down your seating area upon arrival and prior to leaving the pool.
• The pool hours will remain the same with Swim at Your Own Risk and lifeguard hours continuing  to be the same as in years past.
• Please respect the table grouping and chair setup, and do not move these furniture pieces. Social distancing must remain in place between non-family/guest  members.
• No shared pool toys/items will be allowed.
• There will be no Lost and Found, so try to keep up with your personal items.
• There will be guests allowed, but Membership Priority will be in place. If the pool reaches capacity (70 swimmers for this summer) then families with guests will be asked to honor the Membership Priority policy.
• Sign in will be for guests only this year. Member families will not need to sign in upon arrival.
• There will be no diving boards open this summer,
• The playground will remain closed until further notice.
• No parties or pavilion rentals will be allowed for the entirety of the summer.
• Please be supportive of lifeguards and respectful to others. This is new to all of us, and it’s important that you do your part to make these guidelines work effectively.

*** Special note from Positively Pools:

Member cooperation is imperative during these unusual times. It is expected that members abide by the guidelines on their own, as well as fully cooperate in a respectful and reasonable measure when asked to do so by lifeguard staff. There will be zero tolerance for combative or argumentative members while we are trying to regulate safe pool use. The controlled reduction of spreading COVID-19 and return to the lifestyle we enjoyed prior to lockdown is contingent upon us all doing our part, and cooperating and following rules both governed and logical.
