See you at the pool 🙂 Check out these updates on events, dues, and more… MEMORIAL DAY- Monday, May 26th Sign up for volunteers and potluck- https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D45ACAD23A0FBC34-64114229-rosrc Round Robin: Sign up 8:45 a.m., play begins at 9am, $5 to play, winners split the pot, adults only, bring your own beverages Carol McElroy/ Treasurer- DUES!: Member wristbands will only be distributed to members who are up to date with dues payments. Instructions for payments are below- Second payment due date coming up June 1st! Payment Methods · Check: Checks should be made payable to ROSRC for $350.00 if you are paying for half of the year, or $650.00 if you choose to pay the full annual dues up front. Please include “dues” in the memo field of your check. Mail your payment to: ROSRC 3100 River Dr Lawrenceville, GA 30044 · PayPal: To pay via PayPal, visit the club’s PayPal page and use the provided payment link. Please note that PayPal imposes a service fee. If you are paying half your membership dues through PayPal, you must pay $365. For the full annual dues, the total payment is $678. If you pay the remaining balance using PayPal, the required amount is $315, including the service fee. Payment Deadlines and Refunds The remaining balance of your membership dues must be paid in full before June 1, 2026. If you fulfill your workday credits, you will receive a refund of the $50 workday assessment. *Please note that workday credits are not automatically refunded. If you paid your $50 workday fee and subsequently participated in a workday event (or board approved workday activity), you must request your refund. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected]. If you do not have access to email, you can mail your request to ROSRC Treasurer, 3100 River Dr, Lawrenceville, GA 30044. You are also welcome to drop your request in the mailbox in front of the pool. Requests for a refund must be received by November 30, 2026 to receive your current year refund. You may not request a refund for 2025 or any previous years. Membership Chair/Julie Hall-New Member Special!! Our new member special of $550 to join will be running all summer. When a member refers someone and they join, you will get 10 free guest bands and a free work day. The remainder of your dues ($300) are due by June 1st. Unpaid accounts will have key cards turned off after June 1st. We make every effort to turn cards back on in a timely manner once dues are paid, but it may take up to 5 business days for your card to be reactivated. If paying by Zelle please put your name in the comment section. Member Referral We need your help to get new members. When you refer someone that joins you will get 10 free guest passes and a free work day credit. Secretary/ Mary Lovelace– Pool wristband pick ups: If you still need to pick up your wristbands, you may pick them up during the popsicle party on Wednesday, May 20th from 4:30-6:00. If you need to pick your bands up at an alternative time, please reach out to Mary Lovelace ([email protected]) to schedule an appointment. This playful music and movement will take place right in the pool and is designed especially for children from birth through preschool age—though kids of all ages are welcome to join the fun. Each class is filled with engaging songs, playful movement, interactive stories, and fingerplays. We’ll laugh, wiggle, splash, and move our bodies all while staying cool in the water.
