ROSRC November Notes

Hi ROSRC family, I hope that you are enjoying the beautiful fall colors and weather. I wanted to send two quick notes to all of membership… First, towards the end of the summer 2025 season at the pool, we noticed a significant increase in our water bills at a time when they should have been leveling off. Though there was no sign of a major leak, we knew our water utilization was far higher than it should have been. After investigation by our pool chair, Sonny, and our plumber, the leak was determined to be under the pavilion slab. In early November, the plumbing company found the source of the leak and repaired it. Second, we transitioned a few members off of the ROSRC board, and welcomed new board members to various spaces.
